Caroline’s been using research and data to understand consumers, donors, markets and communities for close to 15 years. She’s worked with a wide range of clients across North America and Europe, and is passionate about brands and organizations both global and local.
A graduate of the University of Glasgow, she is a board member, and a former instructor for New Research Technology for the Post-Graduate Market Research Analyst program at Georgian College. She speaks frequently at conferences on issues of research, community and technology. Research projects that make her and her clients happy are community based, immersive and innovative.
Emily has worked for Vireo Research since 2010. She is integral in the execution of a variety of innovative methodologies for our qualitative and quantitative research projects. She is also an experienced analyst and community manager.
Emily had a BA in Honours Psychology at the University of Guelph, and is currently completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Community and Social Services Management at Conestoga College. She is an active volunteer, and recently spent time teaching English in Costa Rica. Her interest in the social media, technology and human behaviour make her an invaluable member of the Vireo Research team.
